The August 2014 Atlanta Apparel Market served retailers, designers and manufacturers in Women's, Children's and Men's apparel and accessories, together with retailers and manufacturers in the prom/pageant/social occasion fashion sector. Driving the Market's rapid expansion were these key factors: Creation and launch of new product categories, expansion/extension of existing categories; continuing growth in prom/pageant social occasion sector; expanded children's product mix; addition of higher-profile national/international designer lines; and expanded social media programming.
