The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, is announcing its 11th Annual New England Real Estate Expo. This event will take place from October 31st to November 2nd at the Four Points Sheraton, located at 275 Research Parkway in Meriden, CT. Tuition for this expo varies according to the package that is selected. There are three registration packages that are available: Basic, VIP, and VIP Plus. VIP and VIP Plus packages come with additional bonuses, including a Friday bus tour of properties in Connecticut. This expo is designed for new and experienced real estate investors, property managers, contractors, developers, landlords, mortgage brokers, private lenders, realtors, appraisers, consultants, and business entrepreneurs. Attendance at this expo will improve real estate investment abilities, increase knowledge, and provide networking opportunities for business owners. The guest speakers for this year’s expo are Ted Thomas, Damon Remy, John Syron, Alan Cowgill, and more. The ideas that these world-class instructors reveal will give attendees the tools and motivation to improve their real estate businesses. Attendance to this event is limited to the first 175 registrations. Guest speaker Ted Thomas is the best selling author and creator of numerous books and home study courses. Ted’s home study course is considered the definitive guide and the standard for the industry. Considered by most to be America’s Tax Lien Certificate and Tax Foreclosure Authority, Ted Thomas is the go-to guy when people want to discover how to invest in secure government certificates that pay 16% and 18%. Guest speaker Damon Remy, owner of REI Blackbook, is one of the leading marketing organizations for real estate entrepreneurs. He will show attendees of this expo how to market real estate for buyers, sellers, and customers. Guest speaker John Syron, the founder and CEO of Aurelian Commercial Lending, has ensured Aurelian has the resources to fund and access to over $500 million in capital and capital commitments. In addition to private funding, he also established a partnership network of capital resources collectively making billions of dollars available to Aurelian Commercial Lending, giving ACL the financial security it needs to fund any size project. With the same prodigious skill and determination in his earlier endeavors, Mr. Syron has positioned ACL as a leader in the commercial and commercial real estate development markets. Guest speaker Alan Cowgill who does real estate deals exclusively using private lenders. He typically buys five houses per month and has bought or sold over 200 properties to date.
