Until recently, the opportunity to have a celebrity attend an event, attach themselves to a name-brand or endorse a certain product or idea was untouchable. The thought of paying a person to promote a product was seen as something only Fortune 500 companies could afford. Social media has changed all that with brands and businesses utilizing celebrity influencers to connect directly with their demographics and increase sales and profits.
2014 OKC Oilfield Expo
2014-10-01 - 2014-10-02
The 2014 OKC Oilfield Expo will take place October 1-2, 2014 at the Cox Convention Center in Oklahoma City, OK. This expo is an industry-exclusive trade show focused on creating a professional atmosphere where oilfield professionals from Oklahoma and beyond can gather, network, view the latest technology, compare hundreds of service and equipment suppliers and negotiate their best deals. For exhibitors, this means more qualified contacts walking the floor, a greater opportunity to expand and solidify their network of buyers and a better chance of making enough sales on the show floor to cover their trade show investment and then some. For attendees, that means filling the show floor with exhibitors whose products and services can help them operate more efficiently and cost-effectively. There are a lot of businesses that would like to get their products in front of energy buyers, but we limit participants to those companies that are relevant to our attendees' interest. Another part of creating that professionals atmosphere is limiting the practices of brief-casing or trick-or-treating. Non-exhibiting attendees who distribute sales materials and attendees who fill goody bags to brim are asked to leave the show. It's one more way we work to protect the investment of all of our participants and maintain the integrity of the show to continually represent a good investment for attendees and exhibitors.
