With the demand of high performance health care systems to conform to new regulations, case managers are facing new challenges to provide coordinated care, lower costs, and improve outcomes. As a result of the Affordable Care Act, hospitals and clinics are slated to see a large influx of new patients that require case management services. Therefore, the roles and expectation of case managers and the case management department are evolving and require reassessment and redefinition.

The Case Management Conference will provide numerous opportunities for administrators and staff from a variety of settings to come together to learn what's happening now and what potential there is for the future.
