Until recently, the opportunity to have a celebrity attend an event, attach themselves to a name-brand or endorse a certain product or idea was untouchable. The thought of paying a person to promote a product was seen as something only Fortune 500 companies could afford. Social media has changed all that with brands and businesses utilizing celebrity influencers to connect directly with their demographics and increase sales and profits.
American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians & Gynecologists (ACOOG) 81st Annual Conference
The American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians & Gynecologists (ACOOG) has 1,600 members. 350-400 registrants attend our 2 annual conferences. ACOOG Members are Osteopathic physicians who have completed AOA-approved postdoctoral training or ACGME-approved postdoctoral training in obstetrics and gynecology, who are members in good standing of the American Osteopathic Association and who are otherwise qualified for such membership. Associate and Members are osteopathic physicians in the practice of a specialty other than obstetrics and gynecology- with specific interest in these fields. Affiliate members can be medical professionals whose association with ACOOG is deemed by the Board of Trustees to be beneficial to the objectives and purposes of the college. With approximately 30-40 exhibitors at each conference, the ratio and intimate exposure to the registrants is an excellent investment. There are different exhibit, sponsorship, product theater and symposium opportunities listed on the ACOOG exhibit agreement. Higher exhibit levels provide additional benefits and networking value. Exhibitors and Sponsors of ACOOG gain exposure to approximately 350-400 leading Gynecologists and Obstetricians as well as faculty and guests from around the country. Refreshments and lunch are served in the exhibit area during educational session breaks, and exhibitors are invited to networking functions during the conference. Exhibitors are recognized in the signage and syllabus, and also on the ACOOG website and in the newsletters to the membership of 1,600. The newsletters are also distributed online to the worldwide medical community. Exhibitor product descriptions can be submitted with links to your email and websites. Product descriptions and company recognition remain on the web for a year. ACOOG leadership and members are appreciative and attentive to exhibitors and sponsors. Your fees and contributions are critical for the ACOOG budget to be able to conduct our educational programs each year.
