Factory Direct is a Sourcing Trade Show catering to the Fashion Industry within Apparel, Footwear and Accessories.Our focus is on delivering resources that are pre-qualified with low minimums to provide a platform for designers,product development and production professionals to improve their bottom line, test new product, start new divisions and locate resources to run their day to day business, from factories to creative to technology to logistics to financial assistance and more. The focus is quality not quantity. At Factory Direct, we provide pre-show and post show consultations, educational seminars and a pre-scheduled, on-site concierge service to assist you in your sourcing supply chain strategy. Our philosophy is to create a forum for buyers and suppliers to foster long-term relationships by listening to your needs. Factory Direct is ideal for attendees with small brands starting out, mid-size brands looking to expand their supply chain network, large brands developing new divisions or experimenting with new styles and in need of low minimums, retailers developing private label brands, apparel brands looking to expand into new categories and funded entrpreneurs who want to develop their lines. Located at The New Mart, in the heart of the Los Angeles Fashion District, Factory Direct offers a dedicated sourcing show that’s easy to get to and easy to shop. David Dea, an industry veteran, is leading the charge for Factory Direct. David has worked for the likes of Sourcing at MAGIC, ENK, WSA and currently is a professor at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM). “My focus is not to confuse our attendees by having an abundance of suppliers we do not know first hand but to assist our attendees and exhibitors in growing their business year round, whether its locating the right partners, factories, financing, website development, creative, logistics or software to run their business. We focus on quality and not quantity. Factory Direct is a industry event created by industry professionals.”

The Convention Way Grand Concourse project will include enhancements to the North-South Building, featuring an additional 60,000 square feet of meeting space, an 80,000- square-foot ballroom and new entry to the North-South Building along Convention Way. “We are thrilled to begin work on completing our North-South Building which will allow us to meet the growing needs of our clients,” said OCCC Executive Director Mark Tester. “As an economic driver for the community, this project will provide the Center with connectivity and meeting space to host more events and continue to infuse the local economy with new money and expanding business opportunities.” Amenities: The Center of Hospitality goes above and beyond by offering world-class customer service and industry-leading partnerships. From the largest convention center Wi-Fi network to custom LAN/WAN design, the Center takes pride in enhancing exhibitor and customer experience.  The OCCC is the exclusive provider of electricity (24-hour power at no additional cost), aerial rigging and lighting, water, natural gas and propane, compressed air, and cable TV services. Convenience The Center is at the epicenter of the destination, with an abundance of hotels, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. Pedestrian bridges connect both buildings to more than 5,200 rooms and is within a 15-minute drive from the Orlando International Airport.
