And with over a thousand different-level attacks since 2015, it’s no surprise that safety and security are among the top concerns for event professionals.

Each exhibitor will be responsible for any unpaid balance. Each company must have a minimum of one single booth. Included in Booth Rental Rate: • Standard booth draping • Electricity • Two chairs and one table (skirting for table not included) • Show advertising and promotion (excluding special support promotions) • Complimentary passes – an unlimited number of free complimentary passes to exhibitors ($3 value per ticket) are provided – no will call. Please hand out passes prior to the show opening. Consumer must have ticket to enter. • Free parking for both exhibitors and consumers NOT Included in Booth Rental Rate: • Badges – business cards or company pins can be presented at the exhibitor entrance. Terms of Payment 50% of the booth rental price must be forwarded with the application/contract or no space will be assigned. No refunds will be made for booth rentals cancelled after August 1, 2013. Decorator Costs Included in your booth rental is one 8’ unskirted table, two chairs, standard booth draping and electrical if reserved on your contract. Set-Up Day Thursday, Sept. 26, noon - 10 p.m. Show opens to the public at noon Friday, Sept. 27. Please staff booth(s) by 11:30 a.m. Centennial overhead door size: 15’8” W x 15’6” H Weight limit: 6,000 lbs. gross Move-Out 6 – 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28. Each exhibitor is responsible for clean-up in individual exhibit areas. Dispose of garbage in trash cans provided. Questions Booth space is now for sale. Wrestling map tape is the only authorized adhesive allowed on the floor.
