Foodservice Australia is a showcase of new food, drink and equipment. If you work in a restaurant, cafe, takeaway, hotel, bakery or commercial kitchen then you need to come along to keep up with the latest trends. This year special events running at the show include Chef of the Year, Australia's Best Pie, FSAA Conference, Global Pizza Challenge, World Masters of Chocolate, Restaurant Theatre, Bakery Theatre and Cafe School. Attendee information

Anyone working in the food or hospitality industry is welcome to attend Foodservice Australia. However children and the general public are not allowed. For free registration visit the website and use code FSM. Onsite registration is $20. A range of hotels and serviced apartments are available near the venue - check the website for more information. Note we cannot provide individual invitations for overseas visitors seeking a Visa.

Exhibitor information

Exhibition stands are available for companies looking to generate sales to the restaurant and catering sector. This is the perfect way to meet end users, demonstrate your products, answer questions and generate sales. Stands are available from 4m2 to 54m2. The cost of bare space is $420 per square metre and a stand with walls, carpet, name board, lighting and power is $480 per square metre (plus 10% GST).
