Improving Risk Reporting and KRIs
Excellent reporting of risks and exposures is crucial to achieving effective management of risks. The other activities make little impact if management at all levels are not given the information they need to make decisions to reduce risks. The course leader for this training is Edward Sankey, Partner, London-Risk and Immediate Past Chairman of the Council of the Institute of Operational Risk. Edward Sankey has wide experience of planning risk reporting and having line responsibility for it to Board level. In this course he will bring expert knowledge from both firms with good reporting and from other where considerable improvement had to be made. The Course will make use of prepared lecture materials, examples of excellent reporting and data collection, and case studies. There will be group work to practise the methods and techniques presented by Mr Sankey.
