Description
The best things happen when individual talents band together to create community success. Your board—and your township—is never better than when everyone is working together for a common goal. Thank you for coming together with MTA and more than 1,100 of your fellow officials for our Annual Educational Conference & Expo! We hope you enjoyed our first ever spring Conference, we know we did! Learn together. We brought the foremost governance and township experts together for more than 70 classes—all packed with ideas, insights and inspiration to help you be the best local leader and board you can be. Did you attend a session where participants outnumbered handouts? You'll be emailed a link to access all available handouts soon. Work together. Educational breakouts featured techniques and tips for working with your township peers to ensure that your township functions at the highest level possible. Your township is a family. While you might not always agree with one another, families can always listen and learn from one another, and put their family—their township—first. Grow together. By learning new ideas, sharing experiences, solutions and advice, and engaging with your fellow officials, you can grow as a leader, as a board and as a township. There is no limit to the positive impact you can have on your community.
