The New Market Souvenir & Gift Show is one of the longest running trade shows in the country and provides a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere for buyers in the Mid-Atlantic region.  Held every year at the Quality Inn in New Market, Virginia, the Show is conveniently located on I-81 in the scenic Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, making it easily accessible from Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia.

The New Market Souvenir & Gift Show features over 45 exhibitors showing over 200 different product lines, ranging from souvenirs and apparel to handicrafts, civil war material, and better gift items. This variety of merchandise makes the New Market Souvenir & Gift Show the perfect buying venue for all types of retail shops such as resort attractions, gift shops, museums, themed locations, state parks, antique shops, and any sort of retail establishment.

Exhibitor information

Exhibitors representing any and all retail and craft merchandise are welcome in the New Market Souvenir & Gift Show.  Exhibitors can rent and display their products in one, or more, of the hotel rooms by filling out the application form and paying the exhibitor fee to the Show.  Exhibitors have the option of having the furniture removed from the room for maximum display space, or leaving the bed in the room and using it as an exhibit/sleeping room.  There is an additional charge separate from the exhibit fee directly from the Quality Inn for all sleeping arrangements, including sleeping in an exhibit room.

Partner Voices

As event professionals, our job is to host people and while we can’t prepare for everything, it’s essential to develop an emergency plan that can be adapted to any situation. In Boston, the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority’s (MCCA) Public Safety Team at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) and the Hynes Convention Center, have taken their experiences to develop a comprehensive crisis management training program, starting with crisis communications.
