The three-day event was held at the Messe Berlin Exhibition Grounds Feb. 21-23 and it featured 212 exhibition booths covering nearly 1,900 square meters of total space.
Running under the theme “Asian Fashion Delights in Europe”, the trade show focused on Asian-made apparels and fashion accessories. According to Kenfair, a total of 1,573 trade visitors from 44 countries and regions were present at the show.
Until recently, the opportunity to have a celebrity attend an event, attach themselves to a name-brand or endorse a certain product or idea was untouchable. The thought of paying a person to promote a product was seen as something only Fortune 500 companies could afford. Social media has changed all that with brands and businesses utilizing celebrity influencers to connect directly with their demographics and increase sales and profits.
