Management Changes at UBM SES

UBM SES, formerly Singapore Exhibition Services, announced its Chief Executive, Lindy Wee, will step down and serve as a Non-Executive Director. Paul Wan, Managing Director of UBM Singapore, will take on the Chief Executive role effective from 1st July 2017.

Paul Wan joined UBM Asia in 2005 and was promoted to Managing Director of UBM Singapore in 2011. He is also a director of two UBM companies, Seatrade Communications Singapore Pte Ltd and Sea Asia Singapore Pte Ltd.

Jime Essink, President and CEO UBM Asia, commented, “I like to thank Lindy for the enormous contribution to UBM SES over all these years and I am very happy that she is willing to remain with us as a Non-Executive-Director, so that we can still benefit from her vast experience and knowledge. Meanwhile I want to congratulate Paul with this new and exciting step in his career. I am confident that UBM’s businesses in Singapore will continue to flourish.”
