Meet Taiwan Hosts Roadshows in Southeast Asia

August 11, 2015

Meet Taiwan has organised roadshows in Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, to promote Taiwan as a key MICE destination for corporate meeting planners and key product suppliers in Southeast Asia. The roadshow highlights the diversity of options which can help planners to create programmes and packages according to their clients’ needs.

The promotional focus of these roadshows is “Asia Super Theme” – it is sponsored by the Taiwan Bureau of Foreign Trade and implemented by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) with the aim of positioning Taiwan as a desirable business event destination in Asia.

Lily Su, deputy executive director of Meet Taiwan, said, “We are eager to share Taiwan’s myriad of cultural experiences, cuisine, natural scenic locations, as well as its modern convention and exhibition venues, accommodation choices and strong infrastructure facilities and resources. The diversity of options that Taiwan offers makes it easy to create programmes and packages for a variety of MICE agendas.”
