Description
October 6-7, 2015 // The 3 West Club, New York, NY 3 West Club 3 W 51st St New York, NY 10019 Tel: (212) 582-5454 As indicated by PwC’s 18th Annual Global Survey released earlier this year, “…the disruptive impact of new technology, more complex regulation and increasing competition from new entrants…” has led financial institutions to shift from competing for seasoned talent in the industry to competing with the “…rising demand for more diverse and hybrid types of talent.” Furthermore, as technology literally changes the landscape in which the industry has grown accustom to, organizations without preparedness will have a difficult time meeting the new expectations of existing and future customers. And meeting new expectations is just part of the equation, the talent and infrastructure in place to do so is equally important. Talent management executives within the finance industry should be preparing themselves for this shift and the new era of business as described above, one that calls for new talent strategies in the face of new technology, increased regulation, and growing market competitiveness. Join us at this year’s 5th Annual People in Financial Services Summit as we discuss the pivotal role talent management and HR play in this new era of business for the industry. Gain knowledge from industry peers on the things that keep you up at night- the implications of regulation on HR and the business, finding the skilled talent needed to carry out the emerging technical needs of the business, recruiting and retaining talent in a highly competitive market, training to meet compliance needs, upskilling talent with the goal of optimal performance, and SO much more! Who Should Attend This Event? • CHROs • EVPs/SVPs/VPs of HR and Talent Management • HR/Talent Management Directors • Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Directors • Managers and Team Leaders with responsibilities in: • Human Resources • Talent Management • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment • Engagement & Retention • Development • Learning & Training • Succession Planning • Organizational Development For more info contact us: info@the-tma.org 888-339-9599 x501 http://the-tma.org/financial/
