Description
The European Sales & Marketing Effectiveness in Chemicals Forum is a unique business platform with a content delivery structure centered on value discovery, value creation, value delivery and value capture. It challenges the industrial-era business paradigm of the chemical industry: innovate the product, manufacture the product, sell the product - and postulates that given the current economic climate and rapid rate of globalization, chemical companies need to “tilt” their business model towards the customer. This forum ensures broad yet balanced coverage of the most salient sales and marketing topics as they apply to the chemical industry today, and provides the opportunity for all attendees to learn, engage and network. KEY TAKEAWAYS -Discover how to align marketing & sales to become a commercially successful organization -Determine how to change the mindset and create a customer-oriented culture within the organization -Find out what is the recipe for proper customer interaction and stronger involvement -Discuss how to best harness the potential of digital technologies for your multichannel campaigns -Learn about translating strategic segmentation into action -Discover how to create a seamless customer experience -Learn how to approach key account management in a multi business unit environment -Find out how to sustain excellence in Marketing Return on Investment
