Description

FDR provides high-quality, unparalleled and timely training that will help you in your current job AND in the future. With an exclusive focus on the federal sector, FDR is intended for those looking to build anti-harassment programs, prevent due process violations, gain refresher training in legal ethics, and much more. Now in our 35th year, the robust agenda offers essential training on critical issues you face in today's federal workplace. More than 60 workshops and sessions will address the latest regulations and best practices to resolve EEO, HR, LR, ER, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and legal issues — all led by the federal community’s favorite trainers such as Peter Broida, Barbara Haga, Robert Erbe and more. Each of the 8 session tracks is carefully created to answer all your questions and provide guidance to keep your agency compliant and running efficiently.

FDR covers a variety and breadth of topics relevant to today’s federal professionals — including civil rights officers, general counsel and attorneys, EEO counselors, human resources specialists, and others. FDR’s Advisory Board is composed of experienced practitioners to ensure your top challenges — such as preparing for retirement and complying with recent Executive Orders — are covered. In addition, FDR is the one place you can count on for open dialogue with agency leaders. The interactive Town Hall Conversations allow you to communicate directly with leaders from the OPM, FLRA, EEOC and more to get your questions answered.

Today’s federal workplaces challenges are complex and often require practitioners to collaborate across departments. At FDR Training you’ll discover how to use communication to resolve conflict and improve complaint processing. Program updates always reflect the latest changes in laws, regulations and administration priorities to guarantee you’re provided with authoritative training you can trust!
