Description
The Food & Drink Trade Show showcases a unique mix of inspirational speciality food & drink products, from a wide range of exhibitors; from the small and regional, to those who trade throughout the UK and internationally. The show makes it easy for you to find unusual local products with fascinating provenance stories to tell – the kind that discerning customers are so hungry for. Meet an exclusive mix of those who produce the locally sourced, specialist, and seasonal alongside more mainstream suppliers. From patisserie to pickles; from fresh to frozen; from confectionery to convenience; from fish to food gift and foodservice, there will be an abundance of products to inspire, and satisfy your senses. The show is perfectly timed for businesses to take a breather, see what's new out there, get stocked up for the summer season, and get ahead for Christmas. Meet and build relationships with both new and existing suppliers, and catch up with colleagues and friends. Mix business with pleasure as you taste, touch, and test – there’s no better way to choose new products than in person. Taking place at the Three Counties Showground, Malvern, the show is easy to get to by both train and car and has plenty of free parking. Brown tourist signs point the way from all main routes and once at the venue, just follow the AA signs for BROWN GATE car park. It is also only a five-minute drive from Great Malvern Station, with direct trains to London Paddington and Birmingham New Street. The 2018 show is supported by Bread & Butter, Caterer Licensee & Hotelier, Cotswold Taste, Eat Live Sleep Herefordshire, Fine Food Digest, Punchline-Gloucester, Taste of the West, The Toastmasters General Council, and Worcestershire Food & Drink. New to the show this year is Liquid. Liquid offers a focus at the show, for the on-trade and the off-trade, on new and exciting products, techniques, services and trends, as well the chance to network. There will be a range of local, national and international drinks exhibitors at the show, showing the latest in hot, cold, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. There will be drinks tasting on stands throughout the show. Learn about which ingredients, equipment & skills you could use to enhance and add value to your drinks offering. The Food & Drink Trade also features a popular demonstration kitchen, where you can be inspired by chefs such as Felice Tocchini, Andrew Link, and Matt Slocombe. Take full advantage of their culinary expertise and knowledge, learn from the best, and add delicious new ideas to your menus to please your customers. This show is a great opportunity for you to get your hands on something new – whether it’s new products for your shop, new ingredients for your menu, or new equipment for your kitchen. It’s your recipe for success!
