Description
With many new innovations for 2014, this unique independent global forum for travel industry stakeholders focuses on the end-to-end travel process from the passenger point of view and will assess how every aspect of the passenger experience can be improved. Hosted again by McCarran International Airport, one of the most progressive airports in the world, at the spectacular Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas, the event promises to deliver an outstanding learning and networking platform through workshops, ?On the Ground? and ?Up in the Air? conferences, airport tours, social events, FTE Awards ceremony and an inspiring exhibition programme. The show plays an important role in creating dialogue between stakeholders and instigating effective new initiatives by providing a platform for travel facilitators to launch future initiatives and concepts, while simultaneously enabling them to view the very latest concepts from vendors in the field. The 2014 show will look at ways in which travel industry stakeholders can innovate and collaborate to deliver a seamless and personalised passenger experience from the moment they book their travel through to arriving at their destination lodging.Organizers expect more than 550 participants at the show, representing airlines, airports, handlers, destination partners, cruise operators, rail authorities, government agencies and industry providers.

So much is involved in planning for a trade show. Among the many decisions show producers and exhibit planners must make is whether to rent or purchase the technology required for a successful show or exhibit booth. When weighing these options, it’s important to consider not only the expense involved in procuring this equipment, but also the time, freight, logistics, and staffing required to set up and break down your own technology.
