According to VITAS, the production trend of Vietnam’s textile and garment industry in 2019 would be:

NORTH VIETNAM & HANOI: THE FASTEST GROWING PRODUCTION REGION IN VIETNAM

Hanoi is the capital of Vietnam, housing the government and many national corporate headquarters. Because of the government’s favorable policies, in addition to the lower wages and production costs in the North when compared with Hochiminh City and surroundings, many local and international companies have moved their textile and garment production factories to the North and Hanoi.
