NENA’s Current Position on the NENA 2020 Conference in Long Beach, CA (Updated 03.12)
Since the detection of COVID-19 in the U.S., federal, state, and local governments have taken steps to mitigate the spread of the virus at public gatherings and during domestic and international travel. At this time, individuals and companies will still be in a position to come to NENA in June as long as they are not under a U.S. government-mandated quarantine or travel restriction.
NENA is committed to the health and safety of our members, event attendees, and volunteers; we are actively working with the Long Beach Convention Center and our contracted hotels to take the steps necessary to prevent surface-based spread of germs and viruses during our event to the great extent possible. We are closely monitoring the situation and will update this page with any developments.
