The 2019 Joint Engineer Training Conference & Expo is headed to Tampa, Fla., May 7-9. Join your colleagues from across the A/E/C industry and joint engineer community for three days of education, training and networking opportunities. And as SAME's Annual Meeting, JETC offers numerous awards and recognition activities to celebrate the contributions and excellence of the Society's Posts and members in supporting the SAME mission "to lead collaborative efforts to identify and resolve national security infrastructure-related challenges."

Planning is underway to make the 2019 JETC in Tampa the best yet! Last year's event in Kansas City, Mo., drew more than 1,800 professionals from throughout the military, public, private and academic sectors. The conference was highlighted by 60-plus hours of education sessions; an Opening Reception at KC Live!; technical tours including of the Kansas City Streetcar System and Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts; a Table Top Exercise on the New Madrid Seismic Zone approved by the Federal Emergency Management Agency as part of its National Exercise Program; keynote speeches by Mark Nutsch, Commander of the “Horse Soldiers,” Jake Wood, CEO of Team Rubicon, and The Honorable Lucian Niemeyer, Assistant Secretary of Defense; a panel discussion with the Service Engineering Chiefs; and an Exhibit Hall of more than 175 exhibitors.
