Boston Convention Centers Set to Reopen for Events at Full Capacity

Call it the light at the end of the Ted Williams tunnel. Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker and Boston Mayor Kim Janey announced that pandemic restrictions will be lifted as of May 29. The move paves the way for the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority to welcome groups back at full capacity by next week. UFI Returns to Live Events With MEA Conference in Dubai

UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, is marking its return to live events with its UFI MEA Conference 2021, taking place May 26 in Dubai. Nevada Plans to Fully Re-Open for Events by June 1

Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak is aiming for the state’s many hospitality and events venues to allow 100% capacity by June 1. ECA: Epistemix Partnership Puts Data at Center of Push to Re-Open

The Exhibitions and Conferences Alliance is turning to science as its best pitch to legislators to allow the full re-opening of business events. Last week, ECA, through its Go LIVE Together campaign targeting local, state and federal lawmakers, announced a partnership with Epistemix, a leading analytics tool that forecasts the spread of infectious diseases.
