Experient Scores Five-year Contract for Reg/Lead Services with Nielsen Expositions

Experient scored a coveted contract being chosen as the preferred partner for Nielsen Expositions for event registration and lead management services for 31 shows annually for a five-year term.


“Nielsen is excited to partner with a reputable, industry leader,” said Cindy Sample, Nielsen Expositions’ operations director.


She added, “Experient’s high level of customer service and technologically advanced solutions have exceeded our expectations thus far. We are looking forward to many years of continued success.”


Shawn Pierce, Experient’s president of the Registration & Housing Services division, said it was because of the company’s technology and innovation going into the future that they were chosen by Nielsen.


“We’re extremely excited to be partnering with Nielsen,” he added. “They have a great vision on what they want to accomplish in this industry.”


Pierce said Nielsen represented the biggest set of events in the U.S. that were available out there.


“Nielsen is the No. 2 largest organizer in the U.S.,” he added.


Lori Jenks, vice president of Operations for Nielsen Expositions, said, “Experient’s ability to understand our customer’s needs was exemplary.”


She added, “We ultimately chose to contract with them because of their long-term strategic vision and their dedication to providing top-notch innovative products and solutions."


The partnership adds to Experient’s portfolio such shows as KBIS, Outdoor Retailer, Interbike, Couture, PhotoPlus Expo, Medtrade and ASD Las Vegas.
