October 8, 2012

The Construction & Building Technology Week was held Sept. 19-21 at the IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center in Bangkok. Collectively, the collocated events featured more than 1,000 exhibitors occupying more than 32,000 square meters of exhibition space over four halls.

Construction & Building Technology Week consists of: CONSTECH 2012, GBR Expo Asia 2012, INSTALL/PALME Thailand 2012 and Broadcast & Media Tech Thailand 2012, Pool&SpaTech Asia 2012 and BMAM Expo Asia 2012. The five collocated shows are jointly organised by IMPACT Exhibition Management, the Thai Contractors Association, CMC Exhibition Services, and IIR Exhibition.

The show’s organisers expected some 15,000 visitors from Thailand and the ASEAN region to attend the three-day show.

Mr. Salanroj Sutaschuto, Director of Board Coordinating Department of the Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), said: “The collaboration of four organisers to organise five big shows at the same time is significant. It does not only underline the fact about the business opportunity of Thailand’s construction and building industry but also the confident about Thailand as the hub for ASEAN MICE industry.”
