Family Medicine Forum Family Medicine Forum (FMF) is the showcase event in the CFPC's calendar. Combining the annual meetings and scientific assemblies of the National College, the host Provincial Chapter, and our Sections of Teachers and Researchers, FMF has become the largest national gathering of family doctors in Canada.
