Plastics & Rubber Vietnam 2014 Scheduled for March in Saigon

Plastics & Rubber Vietnam 2014, The 5th International Plastics & Rubber Technologies and Materials Exhibition for Vietnam, will take place March 4 - 6, 2014 at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Centre (SECC) Ho Chi Minh City.

The event will be jointly organized by Messe Düsseldorf Asia Pte. Ltd. and Bangkok Exhibition Services Ltd., with the support of the Ministry of Science and Technology (MST), the Vietnam Plastics Association (VPA), the Vietnam Packaging Association (VINPAS) and the Vietnam Association of Food Science and Technology (VAFoST) as well as the Rubber – Plastic Manufacturers Association (RPMA) and the Vietnam Saigon Plastics Association (VSPA)

At Vietnam’s largest and leading trade fair for the plastics and rubber sector, exhibitors will display the latest in machinery and equipment (auxiliary equipment, extruders and extrusion lines, injection and blow molding, finishing, decorating, printing and marking, welding, pre-processing, recycling, measuring, control and test equipment, molds and dies, parts and components, post- processing machinery, presses), plastics and rubber products (semi-finished products and technical parts,) as well as raw materials (additives, adhesive and glues, coating compounds, fillers, foams and intermediates, paint resins, reinforcing fibers and materials, rubber and synthetic fibers, thermoplastics and thermoplastic elastomers) and services.

The visitors at Plastics & Rubber Vietnam 2014 will include manufacturers, processors  and users of plastics and rubber products, raw materials processors, representatives from trade associations and service organizations as well as personnel from the following industries: automotive and transportation, construction, electrical and mechanical engineering, telecommunications, furniture and furnishings as well as household and leisure goods, medical and healthcare and packaging.

 At the last staging of Plastics & Rubber Vietnam in 2012, 145 exhibitors from 17 countries showcased their latest technologies to 7,481 visitors from 34 nations - a 9.6-percent increase, compared with the 2010 event.

The trade fair featured country group exhibits from Austria, China, Germany, Italy, Korea and Singapore.

ProPak Vietnam 2014, The 9th International Processing, Filling and Packing Exhibition and Conference for Vietnam, will be held concurrently.
