20 Percent Exhibit Space Increase at PROWINE CHINA 2015

July 8, 2015

Due to increased exhibit space demand, ProWine China 2015 will occupy 2 exhibition halls, increasing the exhibition area by 20 percent, compared with the show’s last staging in 2014.

This leading trade fair for wines and spirits in China will take place Nov. 11-13 in the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.

France remains the largest participating country, followed by Italy, Spain and Argentina. The size of the Hungarian pavilion increased by 50 percent, compared with last year. This year, a group stand from Romania will debut at ProWine China.

Since wine education is a main approach to further meet the needs and requirements of the wine industry in China, the successful “ProWine China Education Project” launched in 2014 will return at ProWine China 2015.

It will consist of numerous wine educational events, training programs and guided tastings by Chinese and foreign wine experts, offering trade visitors a unique information source.

A special area for distributors will be introduced at ProWine China 2015. Chinese wine distributors can apply for space within the special “Distributor Zone”. Dedicated seminars and training sessions for distributors will be held during the trade show.

The second staging of ProWine China in 2014 was deemed a success: 650 wine and spirits producers from 38 countries, as well as 19 national and 3 regional country group participations, presented their products to 8,250 trade visitors.

ProWine China 2015 is set to continue this success.
