Until recently, the opportunity to have a celebrity attend an event, attach themselves to a name-brand or endorse a certain product or idea was untouchable. The thought of paying a person to promote a product was seen as something only Fortune 500 companies could afford. Social media has changed all that with brands and businesses utilizing celebrity influencers to connect directly with their demographics and increase sales and profits.
Louisiana Orthopaedic Association Society (LOA) Annual Scientific and Educational Meeting - 2018
Exhibitors and sponsors of The Louisiana Orthopaedic Association (LOA) gain exposure to approximately 150-200 leading Orthopaedic Surgeons from Louisiana, as well as faculty and guests from around the U.S. and occasionally other countries. Membership and meeting attendance is experiencing growth, and exhibitor satisfaction is at an all-time high. Refreshments are served in the exhibit area during educational session breaks, and exhibitors are invited to the networking and social (non-CME) functions with the attendees during the meeting. Exhibitors are recognized in the signage, PowerPoint slides and syllabus at the meetings, and also on the LOA website and in the e-newsletter (The Osteoblast) to the membership of over 400 Louisiana Orthopaedic Surgeons. The newsletters are also distributed online with the worldwide orthopaedic community. Exhibitor product descriptions can be submitted with links to your email and websites. Product descriptions and company recognition remains on the web for a year. LOA leadership and members are very appreciative and attentive to exhibitors and sponsors. Your fees and contributions are critical for the LOA budget to be able to continue our educational programs each year and provide the breaks and functions to keep traffic strong for the exhibits.
