Description

Founded in 1961, WTHRA is a non-profit organization that is most recognized for producing and promoting the annual “Western States Toy & Hobby Show”, now known as ToyFest West. Our trade show has grown over the years and is now recognized as both the second oldest and second largest toy trade show of its kind in the United States.

Our Mission is to develop, promote, manage and nurture this trade show, to mentor and educate our members and the industry they serve, and to market and sell wonderful, safe products through integrity and vision, with the understanding that it is our children that ultimately benefit.

ToyFest West Gala Reception is Sunday, March 10th, 6:30 pm – 10:00 pm at the South Point Hotel.
Everyone is welcome. No reservations or pre-registration required.

ToyFest Game Night is Monday, March 11th, 6:00 pm – 9:30 pm at the South Point Hotel.
Retailers Only, Store manager and Employees also welcome.

A free Seminar will be available on Sunday, March 10 from 8:30 am – 10:00 am. The 2019 seminar topic will be on announced closer to the show.

ToyFest West is the most cost effective toy show your company will participate in anywhere. As a mutual benefit non-profit corporation, WTHRA’s sole purpose is to produce ToyFest West with no agenda to profit financially. Exhibitors are assured sufficient space to effectively showcase their collections.

Our host hotel is the beautiful South Point Hotel, Casino and Spa.

In addition, we hope that all exhibitors will be able to join us for the many social events connected with the show including the Gala Reception, the Annual Hall of Fame Awards Gala, the fun-filled Toyfest Game Night and the captivating Seminars. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to spend quality selling time with many of the retail buyers that never make it to New York!

Game Night: This event is limited to the first 18 game vendors on a first-come, first-served basis. Please complete the Game Night Sponsorship Form and submit with full payment as soon as a 2018 Exhibitor Contract is submitted. This form can be found in the online Exhibitor Pack or contact Carrie Scanlan, Show Coordinator, at toyshow@wthra.com.

For the cost to rent each 10′ x 10′ booth and entry fee for the three-day show, please contact Carrie Scanlan, Show Director, or call 1-833-TOYFEST (833-869-3378). The booth fee includes carpeting, draped table, 3′ high side-wall and 8′ high back-wall draping, two chairs, wastebasket and booth sign.

To qualify as an exhibitor, the show committee will want to know your status, i.e., manufacturer, wholesaler, importer, representative, etc., as well as the lines you represent or manufacture. A copy of your brochure, link to your website or catalog illustrating your product(s) must be submitted, enabling them to reach a decision regarding eligibility. All merchandise shown must be toy, juvenile, juvenile sporting goods, games, Halloween, hobby or related items that are in production and can be offered for sale at the retail level. Only qualified companies may participate as exhibitors. Exhibitors are on a seniority system, with space being assigned in accordance with length of years in the show.

A list of sales representatives is available upon request to manufacturers who are interested in obtaining one to show his or her product at the show.
