This requires active monitoring of tweets for mentions of your user handle to ensure that you do not miss out on any important messages, whether negative or positive in nature.
- Repeating - The beauty of Twitter is that you can repeat the same message a number of times without appearing to spam people. It is, however, a good idea to keep your message fresh by adding some new element of interest each time. This would ensure that you engage and not annoy your followers.
