Fresh RM Will Launch Food and Drink Fair in Australia

U.K.-based trade show organiser, Fresh RM, and Australia’s Single Market Events will jointly organise the Speciality & Fine Food Fair Aug. 27-28, 2012, at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre. The two-day trade show will feature the latest international fine food and drink products. As an extension of Fresh RM’s Speciality & Fine Food Fair in London, the new event will feature a Fine Food Forum, Small Business Forum and a Business Mentoring Centre.

Tim Etchells, managing director of Single Market Events, said, “We are delighted to be launching Speciality Food & Drink Fair under a licensing agreement with Fresh RM. The company has a fantastic track record in delivering market-leading events in the U.K. and we are confident that we will be able to replicate this success in Australia. There currently isn’t an exhibition targeted at high-end, gourmet or artisan local and regional food in Australia.”
