The event will showcase new developments, products and technologies in the fire and security equipment industry, and it is supported by the Indian chapter of the Asian professional Security Association (APSA).

A variety of product categories will be on show, including access control, intruder alarms and CCTVs. The company reports that more than 120 exhibitors will participate in the trade show, including a significant number from overseas.

Nigel Luke Brown, project director at UBM India, said that the Indian security market is worth approximately $1.1 billion, and it is growing at a rate of more than 30 percent annually.
