Connections Housing Acquires Par Avion

Full-service sourcing, housing and event management company Connections Housing has acquired Par Avion, a full-service convention housing and travel company based in Lawndale, Calif.  

Both Connections Housing and Par Avion are women-owned business and are respected leaders in housing and travel services with mutual emphasis on executing superior and seamless events.   

The announcement comes from company executives Nancy Hallberg and Kris Sieradzki, Connections Housing, and Toby Brenner, Par Avion. 

“Both companies have been in business for 30-plus years with the paramount goal of providing the best full-service housing and travel services to our clients,” said Halberg, co-owner of Connections Housing.

She added, “It is a natural fit for our companies and we are thrilled with this new partnership.” 

Par Avion will retain its brand and continue to operate out of its California office as a wholly owned subsidiary of Connections Housing. 

Brenner of Par Avion will continue at its helm in partnership with Connections Housing. 

Kris Sieradzki, co-owner of Connections, said, “Par Avion has always been a respected and reputable company in the housing industry and the synergies and philosophies between the two companies on client stewardship and service are fully aligned.  Together we are only going to be stronger.”

Brenner noted that the meetings and hospitality industry is undergoing dynamic changes and the timing is perfect for continued growth. 

“During our first few meetings it was clear that our values and goals are aligned as this was a critical part of the decision process,” Brenner said. 

She added, “We look forward to sharing our best practices and with our state-of-the-art technology and service offerings we will continue together as the leader in the housing and event industry.”

With offices in Atlanta and Las Vegas, Connections Housing provides sourcing, housing and event management services to a number of the TSNN Top 250 trade shows and successfully manages more than 350 events each year ranging in size from 10 to 100,000+ attendees.
