EJK to Launch a New Music Event in China

Exhibition organiser, E.J. Krause & Associates, Inc. (EJK) has announced plans to launch a new event serving the music industry in China. The new show, the Music Industry Grand Expo and Conference, will be held at the New International Exhibition & Convention Center in Chengdu, the capital city of Sichuan Province, from 9th to 11th November 2017.

Organised by EJK, the China Music Industry Promotion Committee and the Sichuan Xinhua Publishing Group, a state owned enterprise for cultural institutions, the Music Industry Grand Expo and Conference will feature an industry forum, exhibitions, thematic activities, B2B meetings, performances, workshops, product releases and business networking.

Exhibitor categories covered will include: products and services related to digital music and entertainment, music business innovative technology, wearable products, streaming devices, music production studio equipment, composition, copyright, music publication and distribution, music industry investment and financing, music education and training as well as musical instruments. It is expected to attract a wide range of music industry professionals to the event.

According to media reports, China’s music industry posted growth of 5.85% last year. The total market value in 2015 was estimated to be US$46.4 billion, and is expected to reach US$57.7 billion by 2020.

Since the program’s launch in 2016, more than 3.7 million meals toward a 2025 goal of 5 million meals have been donated into the community. Donations include: Unserved perishable prepared foods from events Perishable unprepared food from MGM Resorts’ kitchens Nonperishable food items from minibars and warehouses The collaboration with Southern Nevada’s primary food bank, Three Square, has developed the infrastructure needed to safely collect, transport, and store food from MGM Resorts properties in Las Vegas, reducing food waste while serving the community.
