Expo Convention Contractors, Inc. (Expo CCI), a full-service general contractor for trade shows, exhibitions, conventions, meetings, and events, recently announced a strategic partnership with leading AI-powered chatbot solutions provider 42Chat to deliver next-generation event solutions designed to improve attendee engagement, streamline event processes, and reduce organizer workload.

This collaboration introduces ExhibitorBots and ConferenceBots across Expo CCI events to enhance the exhibitor and attendee experience with cutting-edge A.I. technology, integrating 42Chat’s curated A.I. technology into Expo CCI’s larger tech suite of best-in-class solutions and a white-glove deployment process.

Cvent Acquires Spatial Event Design Technology Provider Prismm

Leading meetings, events, and hospitality technology provider Cvent has acquired Prismm, a virtual environment design technology leader serving more than 5,500 event venues, hotels, planners, and vendors. The acquisition strengthens Cvent’s immersive 3D event diagramming capabilities in response to growing demand from planners and hoteliers for more immersive and intuitive technology that enables connection and collaboration within virtual environments to create premium event spaces and experiences.
