15,000 Buyers at HKTDC Optical Fair

Earlier this month, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) concluded two fairs, Hong Kong Optical Fair and Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) attracting some 35,000 trade buyers.

In its 24th edition, the Optical Fair was held from 9th to 11th November, featuring over 780 exhibitors from 29 countries and regions. Co-organised with Hong Kong Optical Manufacturers Association, more than 15,000 buyers from 100 countries and regions attended the three-day fair, representing a 2.4% year-on-year increase.

The 9th Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair showcased more than 1,060 exhibitors from 37 countries and regions, running from 10th to 12th November. About 20,000 trade buyers from 68 countries and regions attended the fair, while the final day was open to public, which welcomed nearly 27,000 visitors.
