New Show Record Set at Hong Kong International Medical Fair

The fourth edition of the Hong Kong International Medical Devices and Supplies Fair received a new show-record of more than 210 exhibitors at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) – a jump of 26% over last year.

Jointly organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) and Hong Kong Medical & Healthcare Device Industries Association (HKMHDIA), the fair also received 35 buying missions to add to a total of around 1,100 buyers representing 774 companies. The three-day fair ran from 14th to 16th May this year.

The HKTDC reported first-time exhibitors from Italy, Macau, Singapore and Thailand at this year’s show, as well as special zones including Hospital Equipment, Household Medical Products, Rehabilitation and Elderly Care, Tech Exchange, and the newly added Medical Cosmetology zone.
