Global Experience Specialists, which has worked with Penton Media for more than 25 years, just snagged another five years on their contract covering 10 shows.

“Each time we produce an event our focus is to provide all participants with a valuable experience,” Penton President of Exhibitions Sandy Voss said.

She added, “In partnering with GES, we gain an experienced team, as well as robust solutions that assist us to continue to deliver exceptional shows, outstanding service to our exhibitors and world-class engagement for our attendees. We look forward to growing our events with GES through 2018.”

Just a few of the shows GES will be servicing include Natural Products Expo West, Natural Products Expo East, WasteExpo and LDI.

Natural Products Expo West was ranked No. 50 on the 2012 TSNN Top 250 Trade Show list, with a 369,375 net square foot showfloor at the Anaheim Convention Center, and WasteExpo was ranked No. 90 on the same list, with a 237,000 net sq. ft. showfloor at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

“We are honored that after an extensive bid process, Penton has chosen to continue to entrust its portfolio of shows to us,” GES President Steve Moster said.

He added, “Our team is passionate about delivering flawless events for our clients, and we appreciate that the Penton team also values our strategic services and new technologies.”

Some of those technologies include GES Connect, Interactive Venue and Expresso by GES and will have the opportunity to contribute to other innovative tools currently in development.

GES and Penton also have worked together to make the shows more green,  winning two industry awards this year for the sustainable practices of Natural Products Expo East and Natural Products Expo West.
