More than 40 percent of attendees are owners, management company executives or multi-site supervisors. 44 percent are onsite property managers, with the remaining attendees coming from the ranks of leasing agents, maintenance staff and others.

Through the MGM Resorts Supplier Diversity Mentorship Program, the company identifies, mentors and develops diverse-owned businesses to fill its future pipeline, while providing businesses with tools and resources to empower and uplift.
