Description

COVID-19 forces event postponement

This statement is to inform you that The Allergy & Free From Show (ExCeL London) has been postponed to 16-18 October 2020.

Given the evolving COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken the decision to postpone our London event, previously scheduled for July 2020.

The core values of our events are for people with similar health and lifestyle needs and motivations to come together, have fun and discover products and information that will enrich their lives.

Clearly, at this point in time, circumstances mean we are temporarily unable to deliver an experience befitting of these values.

We take our duty of care to everyone involved in our events extremely seriously. Our priorities:

1. The health and safety of all participants: our amazing visitors (many with underlying health conditions), all exhibiting personnel, third party suppliers and F2F team members.

2. Our unwavering desire to deliver a fun, happy and healthy London show in 2020 for everyone involved.

Via close consultation with Government, health organisations and show partners, it has become abundantly clear that the event had to be postponed to safeguard the above objectives.

In highly challenging circumstances, we have acted quickly, working hard to secure these new October dates in order to deliver you the 2020 event you deserve.

If you already have a ticket for the show (with July dates), please rest assured this remains 100% valid and can be used for the new dates. There is nothing further you need to do.
