The Las Vegas Strip has long been a beacon of innovation, adaptability and singular experiences. In 2022, Caesars Entertainment has continued to play its part in maintaining the destination’s stellar reputation by hosting the NFL Draft earlier this year at CAESARS FORUMthe company’s newest and largest conference centerand ushering in a cornucopia of renovations and updates, such as the transition of Bally’s to Horseshoe as well as new restaurants and entertainment offerings.

Dining to Delight

The mecca of celebrity chef dining, Las Vegas has continued to welcome a veritable constellation of star-studded restaurants this year. The Paris dining scene has undergone an almost complete celebrity overhaul with the introduction of four restaurants from world-renowned names. Sushi legend Nobu Matsuhisa opened a second Las Vegas location of his eponymous Nobu restaurant at the resort. Next door, Bobby Flay debuted his fast-casual concept Bobby’s Burgers, bringing decadent takes on burgers, milkshakes and fries to guests on the go. Vanderpump à Paris, part of television icon Lisa Vanderpump’s portfolio, brought with it visions of an old Parisian courtyard. Still to come is Martha Stewart’s first dining concept, The Bedford.

As part of Bally’s upcoming transformation, Jack Binion’s Steak, a staple of Horseshoe properties across the country, opened this summer with a selection of top-grade steaks picked from Black Angus corn-fed cattle. Along with its superior steaks, Jack Binion’s offers updated takes on classic steakhouse fare, including Oysters Rockefeller, Shrimp Cocktail with jumbo prawns and a 24-ounce “Jack’s Cut” Slow Roasted Prime Rib.

Stanton Social Prime is bringing its New York Lower East Side roots to Caesars Palace with Chef Chris Santos, the creator behind the original concept, at the helm. A collaboration between Caesars Entertainment and Tao Group Hospitality, the restaurant will be located adjacent to OMNIA Nightclub with a menu focused on spectacular shareable dishes featuring prime meats.

Sting concert

Elevating Entertainment

Fans of 17-time GRAMMY Award-winning musician Sting can look forward to more chances to catch his critically acclaimed residency, “My Songs”, as six new dates at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace have been announced for April 2023. Produced by the Cherrytree Music Company, Live Nation and Caesars Entertainment, "My Songs" blends some of Sting's most beloved tracks from “Roxanne” to “Every Breath You Take” with dynamic visual references to the musician’s most iconic videos and inspirations.

Apart from dining concepts and aesthetics, Bally’s Las Vegas continues to welcome new developments and will debut the ARCADE at Horseshoe Las Vegas later this year. The destination will offer more than 80 games, from classic arcade favorites to the latest releases in a 7,000-square-foot space.
