New Business Contracts: Slew of Deals Mark a Busy Summer

This summer hasn’t slowed down at all, with plenty of new business contracts taking place between suppliers and shows.

CompuSystems continues to grow its client base by adding Randall-Reilly, a marketing solutions company and organizer of the Great American Trucking Show (GATS). CompuSystems will provide registration and lead retrieval services for the 2014 and 2015 Great American Trucking Show. 

Access Intelligence has selected Convention Data Services (CDS), a registration and lead management company, as their new registration partner. Under the agreement, CDS will provide registration and lead retrieval for the SATELLITE Conference and Exhibition, which provides solutions to the global satellite end-user community.

After a three-year partnership, Diversified Communications has renewed their contract and also signed a five-year deal with Convention Data Services (CDS). Under the agreement, CDS will continue to provide registration and exhibitor lead management services for more than 20 of their annual events.

a2z, Inc., a provider of cloud-based event management solutions, and the International Association of Exhibitions and EventsTM (IAEE), the principal association for the global exhibition industry, announced that they have signed a three-year partnership agreement. a2z’s suite of software solutions will be utilized by IAEE to comprehensively manage the event logistics and to provide a productive experience to attendees of its annual meeting, Expo! Expo! through 2017. 

Launch.It will be providing its news platform services to the National Industrial Fastener & Mill Supply Expo, Helen Brett Enterprises, Cable-Tec and the 4th Annual Canadian Wireless Show. Launch.It allows shows to create a central location for all their exhibitor and partner news on their Web sites. The tool also empowers everyone involved to digitize their press kits, brochures, sell sheets, announcements, along with images and videos into an online social environment that will increase your social and digital marketing efforts.

The International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) and MINExpo International have named Travel Planners as their official housing provider. "We're delighted to welcome these new Las Vegas-based trade shows," says Executive Director Lisa Baez. Donations include: Unserved perishable prepared foods from events Perishable unprepared food from MGM Resorts’ kitchens Nonperishable food items from minibars and warehouses The collaboration with Southern Nevada’s primary food bank, Three Square, has developed the infrastructure needed to safely collect, transport, and store food from MGM Resorts properties in Las Vegas, reducing food waste while serving the community.
