The Consumer Technology Association’s 2019 CES took the top spot on the list, boasting a 2.9-plus million net square foot showfloor that drew more than 180,000 total attendees to various venues around Las Vegas.

“CES 2019 connected every major industry across the world and illustrated that every tech company is a tech company,” said Karen Chupka, EVP, CES, CTA.

She added, “This recognition by TSNN proves how CES is committed to remaining at the forefront of the future of business and technology. As new trends emerge and the industry continues to evolve, CES will provide attendees with a truly global experience.”

Snagging second place was the Association of Equipment Manufacturer’s ICUEE - The Intl. Construction & Utility Equipment Exposition, with a more than 1.3 million net sq. ft. showfloor and nearly 20,000 total attendees at the Kentucky Exposition Center.

"It is an honor to be recognized by Trade Show News Network for the success of ICUEE on its largest show ever,” said John Rozum, director, Ag & Utility Exhibitions and Events and ICUEE show director. “From humble beginnings in a farm field in Elburn, Il, in 1964 to the premier platform for growth and development in the utility industry. We are continuously looking for new ways to help the show deliver even more value for top manufacturers, service providers and utility professionals.

He added, “As we rebrand the event as The Utility Expo beginning in 2021, we will continue to look for industry innovation and provide the highest quality show experience for our exhibitors and attendees.”

The city with the most shows on the 2019 TSNN Top Shows list is Las Vegas, with 41.
