Giant iTab Secures New Partners to Expand International Reach

July 23, 2019

London-based Giant iTab — an event technology company that provides giant touchscreens, tablets and smartphones designed to enhance digital engagement at trade shows and events — is expanding its reach internationally with new partners in Cyprus, Greece, Japan, Scandinavia and South Africa.

These new partnerships encompass a range of AV rental companies, creative agencies and technology providers (including LedApp in Greece and Cyprus, Bright Giants in South Africa, Garnet in Japan and Multinet across Scandinavia) that are now offering Giant iTab Smartphones for their clients in their respective countries.

As a result of these partnerships, the Giant iTab network now covers four continents and 12 countries, according to company officials.

“Many of our clients have an international portfolio of events, ranging from corporate meeting planners with a global schedule to commercial organizations running exhibitions and conferences across multiple regions, yet the requirement is always the same,” said Mark Jones, founder and CEO of Giant iTab.

He continued, “Our customers demand local service at the highest quality, irrespective of where the event may be taking place. Working with these trusted and valued partners means we can deploy our technology across Australasia, Europe, North America, Canada, Africa and Asia, offering greater value to our clients.”

According to Giant iTab officials, the company’s international partnership program has taken off in recent months as demand for the product has skyrocketed.

“Our customers had been asking for a large-format solution to display native apps for several years, and all of the solutions we could find (or hack together) either didn’t work, weren’t reliable or had deal-breaking limitations. Then we got introduced to the team at Giant iTab,” said Philip Hamstra, vice president of Strategic Initiatives for Meeting Tomorrow, an AV hire company and long-term U.S. partner of Giant iTab.

“Giant iTab’s product mix has been one of our most successful new product lines of the past few years, and we only see growth as mobile platforms become the new standard for computing.”
