Hargrove Starts 2014 with Expanded Trade Show, Meetings Portfolio

D.C.-based general service contracting firm, Hargrove, scored not only several new pieces of trade show, meetings and corporate business to start off 2014, but also secured a number of returning clients.

The Association of American Geographers Annual Meetings has inked a two-year deal with Hargrove, with a possible reup in 2016. This year’s meeting will be held April 9-11 in Tampa, Fla.

Hargrove also snagged another new piece of business, Restore America’s Estuaries for its Seventh National Summit on Coastal and Estuarine Restoration, taking place Nov. 2-5 at the Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center in the National Harbor in Maryland.

Additional new business includes the Video Gamers United Trade Show & Conference, scheduled in August in D.C.; the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) Annual Conference and Exhibitor Showcase and the Polaris Spring Dealer Meeting, both in Las Vegas this year.

Hargrove provide show services for the Polaris Spring Dealer Meeting, as well as once again support the Polaris Summer Sales Meeting on July 27-30 at the Minneapolis Convention Center.  

Besides news clients, Hargrove has a host of returning clients such as the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC)’s Policy Conference. Hargrove has worked on the project for more than 15 years and the 2014 event will be held March 2-4 at the Walter E. Washington (D.C.) Convention Center in Washington.


 
For the third year, Hargrove will provide stage sets, backdrops, banners and props for the 2014 Cherry Blossom Opening Ceremony, which kicks off the National Cherry Blossom Festival, and fort eh fourth year, the Washington Nationals Park-Ballpark Enterprises selected Hargrove to provide event services for NatsFest 2014.

The company also has new contracts for national exhibit program for Facebook, an exhibit for the Trump Hotel Collection, as well as for MTN Government Services Division, Diamond Resorts and Sidra Medical and Research Center.
