Inaugural Bevtec Asia Draws 150+ Exhibitors

Jointly organised by Messe Düsseldorf Asia and Asian Exhibition Services (AES), the inaugural edition of Bevtec Asia attracted more than 150 exhibiting companies from 24 countries and regions to showcase the latest in the drink manufacturing industry. The three-day trade show was held from 6th to 8th May 2015 at the Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC).

The biennial show hosted exhibitors ranging from water and soft-drink manufacturer, to breweries, wineries and spirit producers. Exhibitor products included laboratory equipment, ingredients, bottling and marketing services. Bevtec Asia also hosted a drink manufacturing conference, seminars, and sponsored networking receptions.

David Aitken, managing director of AES, commented, “The 600 million free trade market of ASEAN, opening up in 2015, will provide a gateway for Bevtec Asia exhibitors to expand into the growth markets of Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia and the emerging neighbouring markets of Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar.”
