Insights professionals today are navigating a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape and employing an expanding variety of quantitative and qualitative tools. Many are called to work more often at the intersection of research methodologies and marketing strategy. The 2017 CONNECT conference will discuss how researchers find that elusive “X” that marks the spot when developing insights for their brand. With the ever-expanding role of analytics, our industry finds more ways to answer the “what” questions in different ways. The more elusive “why” continues to challenge insights professionals and marketers alike as new data streams offer an insights mirage on the horizon of qualitative content. The insights landscape continues to rapidly evolve, and skills in triangulating diverse data sets, human emotion and healthcare decision-making remain highly desirable capabilities in today’s research careers. As the premier healthcare marketing research community, PMRG will offer the 2017 CONNECT attendees an opportunity to discuss systemic, strategic issues affecting our industry, while also providing thought-provoking examples to help navigate their market support needs back at the office.
Attendees will participate in peer-reviewed, fully-vetted sessions including keynotes, smaller group sessions and client-led round table discussions. Where appropriate, cross-sector examples will be used to illuminate ways in which other industries have met challenges similar to those confronting the healthcare industry. Our agenda will include tracks appropriate for leaders, experienced insights professionals, young professionals and students.
The Consultant Fair (now named the Global Partner Expo) has been expanded this year to include extended exhibit fair hours, improved location and room layout, enhanced visitor guide and visitor prize raffle.
