Description

The South West’s ‘super show’ for all those with an interest in speciality foods and quality drinks, profitable catering and inspired hospitality. The 2015 Source trade show brings together two established trade events; the Source & Taste of the West Trade Show and the Expowest Westcountry catering trade show. It combines the best of both – this is a ‘super show’ where you get extra helpings of fresh inspiration and exciting opportunities. Identify new trends, network, meet new and existing suppliers, and be inspired by the passion and enthusiasm they have for their products. The show will have stands for more than 200 exhibitors, ready to attract more than 2,000 trade buyers. It takes place in February to give buyers the opportunity to meet all the suppliers they need to be ready for the season ahead; discover new products, furnish their establishments, and kit out their kitchens. Meet the Newcomers; companies from the South West that have never exhibited at a trade show before and spot these rising stars on their way up! Be inspired by the chefs in the Demo Kitchen, add new ideas to your menus, and learn from the best. The 2015 show will also launch the prestigious 2015 South West Chef of the Year competition with the 2014 winner demonstrating his/her winning dish. The successful and growing Westcountry Tourism Conference will be running alongside the show, with two 1/2 day events bringing together leading tourism businesses and industry experts.
