AES to Launch Alternative Fuel Event in Bangkok

January 7, 2013

Asian Exhibition Services (AES), organiser of the alternative fuels event NGV Bangkok, will launch the AFT Asia 2013 – Alternative Fuel Transport Exhibition & Conference. The two trade shows will be co-located at Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) and run from 7th to 9th November 2013.

AFT Asia is endorsed by the Asia-Pacific Sustainable Transport Foundation and the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB). Meanwhile, co-located event, NGV Bangkok, debuted in 2012 and attracted trade visitors from 47 countries over 3 days.

David Aitken, managing director of AES, said, “At NGV Bangkok 2012 there were a scope of alternative fuel technologies showcased in the event to primarily include NGV but also ethanol, hybrids and LPG applications. The model of the event is much the same as NGV Global 2014 that will be co-locating with the ACT (Alternative Clean Transport) Expo 2014 event in the U.S. in May 2014.”
